Workshop Presentations: Frankfurt Moves!

As part of Frankfurt Moves!, KfW Stiftung and Frankfurt LAB invited four international residency groups to develop new artistic productions in the field of performing arts and to enter into an exchange with other cultural professionals in Frankfurt. At the end of the residency on 24 August 2024, the artists will open the doors to the rehearsal rooms to let you get a sneak preview of their work.

In their research, the groups deal with vulnerability and violence, but also with practices of resilience. They devote themselves to the diversity of bodies and the temporality that they bring with them. Their works are characterised by the search for possibilities of resistance and enchantment.

All pieces were supervised by the artist, choreographer and dramaturge Wen Hui.

We would like to invite you to the workshop presentation, which offers insights into the residencies with 30-minute performances by the individual groups:
